This is the online registration system of the HUEX MTB. From here you can easily register in the race of your choice.
Read the procedure carefully and follow the payment instructions.
The registration to the HUEX EXTREME modality requires to be of legal age, to read and accept the “Declaration of Physical Fitness and Disclaimer” at the time of registration, by which the participant declares to know the physical demands of the race, to be in optimal physical condition to face it and exonerates the Organization of any possible health problems that may arise from their participation in the HUEX MTB.
¡IMPORTANT!
The OFFICIAL MAILLOT of the race will be available at a promotional price of 15€ until February 1st.
After this date, only a few units will be available in stock on the day of the test in the merchandising store at a price of 30€.
Once the registration has been formalised, the refund will only be 50% of the amount paid up to 30 days before the event, after this date no refund will be processed without cancellation insurance.
With cancellation insurance, only applications sent up to 15 days before the date of the event will be accepted.
All refunds will be made within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the request.
Once the application for withdrawal has been made, the place becomes available to the Organisation, which will give it to the candidate at the top of the waiting list at that time.
The organization offers a Cancellation Insurance in which 100% of the registration fee will be refunded to all those runners who have contracted this service up to 15 days before the celebration of the race.
Refunds will only be accepted if requested up to 15 days before the start of the event.
No refunds will be made after this date.

The organisation offers the possibility to change the name of the bib/chip under the following conditions:
In case of a waiting list, a name change will NOT be possible.
The organization offers the possibility of making a change of modality in case there are bibs available in that modality.
In the event that the modality to which you wish to change is lower than the one you have registered for, the difference between the amount paid and the price of the registration at the time of requesting the change will be paid, minus a €3 administration fee. Therefore, the price to be used for the new modality will be the corresponding price on the date of the change request. If the amount is €0, the €3 administration fee will not be charged.
In case you want to change to a higher modality, you will have to pay the difference between the price of both registrations.

All registrations for any modality of the HUEX MTB will be made exclusively online through the website.
Registrations will be direct and registrants will be able to verify their registration in the Verify Registration section.
