This is the HUEX MTB online registration system. Here you can easily register for the race of your choice.
Please read the procedure carefully and follow the payment instructions.
To register for the HUEX EXTREMA category, you must be of legal age and read and accept the ‘Physical Fitness and Liability Waiver’ when registering, in which the participant declares that they are aware of the physical demands of the race, are in optimal physical condition to take part in it, and exempts the Organisation from any health problems that may arise from their participation in the HUEX MTB.
IMPORTANT!
The OFFICIAL JERSEY for the event can be purchased at a promotional price of €15 until 1 February.
After this date, only a few units will be available on the day of the event at the merchandise shop at a price of €30.
Once the registration has been formalised, the refund will only be 50% of the amount paid up to 30 days before the event, after this date no refund will be processed without cancellation insurance.
With cancellation insurance, only applications sent up to 15 days before the date of the event will be accepted.
All refunds shall be made within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the application.
Once the application for withdrawal has been made, the place becomes available to the Organisation, which will give it to the candidate at the top of the waiting list at that time.
The organisation offers a Cancellation Insurance in which 100% of the registration fee will be refunded to all runners who have contracted this service.
Refunds will only be made up to 15 days before the start of the event. No refunds will be made after this date.

The organisation offers the possibility to change the name of the bib/chip under the following conditions:
In case of a waiting list, a name change will NOT be possible.
The organisers offer the possibility of changing to a different modality if there are bibs available in that modality.
In the event that the modality to which you wish to change is lower than the one you have registered for, the difference between the amount paid and the price of the registration at the time of requesting the change will be paid, minus a €3 administration fee. Therefore, the price to be used for the new modality will be the corresponding price on the date of the change request. If the amount is €0, the €3 administration fee will not be charged.
If you wish to change to a higher category, you will have to pay the difference between the price of the two registrations.

All registrations for any modality of the HUEX MTB will be made exclusively online through the website.
Registrations will be direct and registrants will be able to verify their registration in the Verify Registration section.
