¡This is the on-line registration system of the HUEX GRAN FONDO. From here you can easily register in the race of your choice.
Read the procedure carefully and follow the payment instructions.
The registration to the HUEX GRAN FONDO requires to be of legal age, read and accept the “Declaration of Physical Fitness and Disclaimer” at the time of registration, by which the participant declares to know the physical demands of the race, to be in optimal physical condition to face it and exonerates the Organization of any possible health problems that may arise from their participation in the HUEX GRAN FONDO.
Once the registration has been formalised, the refund will only be 50% of the amount paid up to 30 days before the event, after this date no refund will be processed without cancellation insurance.
With cancellation insurance, only applications sent up to 15 days before the date of the event will be accepted.
All refunds will be made within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the request.
Once the application for withdrawal has been made, the place becomes available to the Organisation, which will give it to the candidate at the top of the waiting list at that time.
The organization offers a Cancellation Insurance in which 100% of the basic registration fee will be refunded to all those runners who have contracted this service. The additional services contracted will not be refunded, and the participant will be able to receive the products purchased assuming the shipping costs.
The refund will only be made up to 15 days before the start of the race. After this date, no registration will be refunded.
COST: 15€
The organisation offers the possibility to change the name of the bib/chip under the following conditions:
In case of a waiting list, a name change will NOT be possible.
The deadline to make the change is 15 days before the celebration of the event.
Once the runner has communicated the name change request at huex@terraincognita.group, he/she will have 7 days to fill in the form sent by the organization.
COST: 5 €.
The organization offers the possibility of making a change of modality in case there are bibs available in that modality.
In the event that the modality to which you wish to change is lower than the one you have registered for, the difference between the amount paid and the price of the registration at the time of requesting the change will be paid, minus a €3 administration fee. Therefore, the price to be used for the new modality will be the corresponding price on the date of the change request. If the amount is €0, the €3 administration fee will not be charged.
In case you want to change to a higher modality, you will have to pay the difference between the price of both registrations.
