¡This is the on-line registration system for the HUEX GRAN FONDO. From here you can easily register for the course you want.
Read the procedure carefully and follow the payment instructions.
Registration for the HUEX GRAN FONDO requires being of legal age, reading and accepting the “Document of Declaration of Physical Fitness and Exemption of Liability” at the time of registration, by which the participant declares to know the physical demands of the test, to be in optimal physical condition to face it and exonerates the Organization of possible health problems that may arise from their participation in the HUEX GRAN FONDO.
Once the registration has been formalised, the refund will only be 50% of the amount paid up to 30 days before the event, after this date no refund will be processed without cancellation insurance.
With cancellation insurance, only applications sent up to 15 days before the date of the event will be accepted.
All refunds shall be made within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the application.
Once the application for withdrawal has been made, the place becomes available to the Organisation, which will give it to the candidate at the top of the waiting list at that time.
The organization offers Cancellation Insurance, which will refund 100% of the basic registration fee to all runners who have purchased this service. Additional services purchased will not be refunded, and participants may receive the purchased products at their own expense.
Refunds will only be made up to 15 days before the start of the event. No refunds will be made after this date.
PRICE INSURANCE: 15€
The organisation offers the possibility to change the name of the bib/chip under the following conditions:
In case of a waiting list, a name change will NOT be possible.
The deadline to make the change is 15 days before the event.
Once the runner has communicated the name change request at huex@terraincognita.group he/she will have 7 days to fill in the form sent by the organisation.
COST: 5 €.
The organisers offer the possibility of changing to a different modality if there are bibs available in that modality.
In the event that the modality to which you wish to change is lower than the one you have registered for, the difference between the amount paid and the price of the registration at the time of requesting the change will be paid, minus a €3 administration fee. Therefore, the price to be used for the new modality will be the corresponding price on the date of the change request. If the amount is €0, the €3 administration fee will not be charged.
If you wish to change to a higher category, you will have to pay the difference between the price of the two registrations.

Registrations will be direct and registrants will be able to verify their registration in the Verify Registration section.
