This is the HUEX Gravel online registration system. From here you can easily register in the race of your choice.
Read the procedure carefully and follow the payment instructions.
To register for the HUEX Gravel Ride event, you must be of legal age and read and accept the ‘Declaration of Physical Fitness and Liability Waiver’ at the time of registration, by which the participant declares that they are aware of the physical demands of the event, are in optimal physical condition to undertake it, and release the Organisers from liability for any health issues that may arise from their participation in the HUEX Gravel.
Once the registration has been formalised, the refund will only be 50% of the amount paid up to 30 days before the event, after this date no refund will be processed without cancellation insurance.
With cancellation insurance, only applications sent up to 15 days before the date of the event will be accepted.
All refunds will be made within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the request.
Once the application for withdrawal has been made, the place becomes available to the Organisation, which will give it to the candidate at the top of the waiting list at that time.
The organization offers a Cancellation Insurance in which 100% of the registration fee will be refunded to all those runners who have contracted this service up to 15 days before the celebration of the race.
Refunds will only be accepted if requested up to 15 days before the start of the event.
No refunds will be made after this date.

The organisation offers the possibility to change the name of the bib/chip under the following conditions:
In case of a waiting list, a name change will NOT be possible.
The organization offers the possibility of making a change of modality in case there are bibs available in that modality.
If you have cancellation insurance and the package you wish to switch to is cheaper than the one you originally booked, you will be refunded the difference between the amount paid and the price of the original booking at the time you request the change, minus a €5 administration fee. Therefore, the price to be used for the new modality will be the corresponding price on the date of the change request. If the amount is €0, the €5 administration fee will not be charged.
If you do NOT have cancellation insurance, you may upgrade to a lower category, but you will not be entitled to any refund.
If you wish to upgrade to a higher tier, you will be required to pay the difference between the prices of the two subscriptions.

All registrations for any category of the HUEX Gravel must be made exclusively online via the designated website.
Registrations will be direct and registrants will be able to verify their registration in the Verify Registration section.
