El planning de retirados de la HUEX MTB será el siguiente:
All cyclists who withdraw or do not pass the closure of each checkpoint in the established time will be able to make use of the broom and retired vehicles that will be along the route. These vehicles will transport the withdrawn riders to the refreshment point at Minas de Río Tinto (1st cut-off point at 16:20h), where a bus will leave after the cut-off point to the finish line in Aracena.
Cyclists who retire at the refreshment points after the Minas de Río Tinto refreshment point will be picked up by the broom bus and transferred to the finish line as the race progresses.
Todos los corredores de la HUEX MTB podrán entregar su bolsa de Guardarropa, que les serán entregadas por la organización al retirar el dorsal, con aquel material que quieran recoger en la Meta.
The material must be in the bag delivered by the organization duly identified with the dorsal number.
Los participantes podrán acceder al cajón de salida con la bolsa y ropa de abrigo. La organización recogerá todas las bolsas en los cajones de salida 10 minutos antes de la salida para evitar así el enfriamiento de los participantes.
La Organización de la HUEX MTB ha planificado un servicio de autobuses lanzaderas para todos los corredores que conectará la salida y meta de cada una de las distancias.
El servicio transfer incluye el traslado de la bicicleta.
