¡This is the HUEX NON STOP online registration system. From here you can easily register for the course you want.
Read the procedure carefully and follow the payment instructions.
To register for the HUEX NON STOP, you must be of legal age, read and accept the “Declaration of Physical Fitness and Release of Liability Document” at the time of registration. This document declares that you are aware of the physical demands of the event, are in optimal physical condition to take it on, and releases the Organisation from any possible health problems that may arise from your participation in the HUEX NON STOP.
Once the registration has been formalised, the refund will only be 50% of the amount paid up to 30 days before the event, after this date no refund will be processed without cancellation insurance.
With cancellation insurance, only applications sent up to 15 days before the date of the event will be accepted.
All refunds shall be made within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the application.
Once the application for withdrawal has been made, the place becomes available to the Organisation, which will give it to the candidate at the top of the waiting list at that time.
The organization offers Cancellation Insurance, which will refund 100% of the basic registration fee to all runners who have purchased this service. Additional services purchased will not be refunded, and participants may receive the purchased products at their own expense.
Refunds will only be made up to 15 days before the start of the event. No refunds will be made after this date.
PRICE INSURANCE: 15€
The organisation offers the possibility to change the name of the bib/chip under the following conditions:
In case of a waiting list, a name change will NOT be possible.
The deadline to make the change is 15 days before the event.
Once the runner has communicated the name change request at huex@terraincognita.group he/she will have 7 days to fill in the form sent by the organisation.
COST: 5€.
The organisers offer the possibility of changing to a different modality if there are bibs available in that modality.
In the event that the modality to which you wish to change is lower than the one you have registered for, the difference between the amount paid and the price of the registration at the time of requesting the change will be paid, minus a €3 administration fee. Therefore, the price to be used for the new modality will be the corresponding price on the date of the change request. If the amount is €0, the €3 administration fee will not be charged.
If you wish to change to a higher category, you will have to pay the difference between the price of the two registrations.

Registrations will be direct and registrants will be able to verify their registration in the Verify Registration section.
The organization offers the possibility of paying the individual registration fee in two installments.
The first payment will be made at the time of registration with the use of the discount coupon: 50%HUEXNONSTOP25
While the second payment will be claimed by the organization via email after 1 month from the time of registration.
The use of payment in instalments will be available until the 1st of August.
