¡This is the on-line registration system of the HUEX NON STOP. From here you can easily register for the race of your choice.
Read the procedure carefully and follow the payment instructions.
The registration to the HUEX NON STOP requires to be of legal age, to read and accept the “Declaration of Physical Fitness and Disclaimer” at the time of registration, by which the participant declares to know the physical demands of the race, to be in optimal physical condition to face it and exonerates the Organization of any possible health problems that may arise from their participation in the HUEX NON STOP.

Jersey included in the participant’s bag until August 1st.
Registrations after this date will be able to receive it after the event, within a period of at least two months, at a cost of €12 for postage and packing.
Once the registration has been formalised, the refund will only be 50% of the amount paid up to 30 days before the event, after this date no refund will be processed without cancellation insurance.
With cancellation insurance, only applications sent up to 15 days before the date of the event will be accepted.
All refunds shall be made within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the application.
Once the application for withdrawal has been made, the place becomes available to the Organisation, which will give it to the candidate at the top of the waiting list at that time.
The organisation offers a Cancellation Insurance in which 100% of the registration fee will be refunded to all runners who have contracted this service.
Refunds will only be made up to 15 days before the start of the event. No refunds will be made after this date.
INSURANCE PRICE: 20€ Individual / 15€ relays
The organisation offers the possibility to change the name of the bib/chip under the following conditions:
In case of a waiting list, a name change will NOT be possible.
The deadline to make the change is 15 days before the event.
Once the runner has communicated the name change request at huexmtb@terraincognita.group he/she will have 7 days to fill in the form sent by the organisation.
COST: 3 €.
The organisers offer the possibility of changing to a different modality if there are bibs available in that modality.
In the event that the modality to which you wish to change is lower than the one you have registered for, the difference between the amount paid and the price of the registration at the time of requesting the change will be paid, minus a €3 administration fee. Therefore, the price to be used for the new modality will be the corresponding price on the date of the change request. If the amount is €0, the €3 administration fee will not be charged.
If you wish to change to a higher category, you will have to pay the difference between the price of the two registrations.

The organization offers the possibility of paying the individual registration fee in two installments.
The first payment will be made at the time of registration with the use of the discount coupon: 50%HUEXNONSTOP25
While the second payment will be claimed by the organization via email after 1 month from the time of registration.
All registrations for any modality of the HUEX NON STOP will be made exclusively online through the web portal.
